Margaret Brady (née Fitzpatrick) Castleknock, Dublin and formerly of Quivvy, Belturbet, Co. Cavan. Margaret passed away peacefully on the 8th June 2026 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Patsy and by her parents, Kathleen and Aidan Fitzpatrick, her sister Camilla, brother Austin and brother-in-law Andy.
Margaret will be forever loved and sadly missed by her children Dermot, Paul, Bronagh, Padraic, Aidan and John, daughters-in-law Catherine, Amanda, Gillian and Kate, son-in-law Simon also Delia and Tara, cherished grandchildren Áine, Ciara, Eoin, Conor, Lucca, Milo, Ella, Grace, Jack, Cormac, Ben, Isabella, Ruby, Noah, Lennon and Isla, sisters Celestine, Kathleen, Carmel, Delores and Deirdre, brothers Donal, Aidan, Brendan, Martin and their spouses, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Erika and to all who cared for Margaret with such kindness and compassion.

Reposing at her residence on Thursday afternoon (June 11th) from 1.30pm with removal to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock at 5.15pm to arrive for 5.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday at 2pm followed by a private family cremation on Saturday. Margaret’s Funeral Mass can be viewed by following this LINK on Friday (Live Only). Terence Galligan, Drumhirk, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan, Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, peacefully in the loving care of his family and the wonderful staff at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his parents P.J. and Annie, his sister Margaret Lee, nephew Shane O'Rourke and niece baby Katie Galligan. Terence will be sadly missed by his heartbroken partner Ann, stepdaughter Teresa (David), his brother Peter (Sinead), sisters Rose (Dominic), Teresa (Eugene), Ann (Patrick), Maura (Thomas), Kathleen and Phyillis (Thomas), brother in law Michael Lee, Uncle Petie Galligan and Aunt Peggy Cosgrove, The Lynch Family Aughawee, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck on Wednesday (10th) evening from 5pm - 8pm (family will take a 15 minute break at 6.30pm). Removal from his home on Thursday (11th) morning to St. Joseph's Church, Drumkilly for Funeral Mass at 12noon. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery. House Private please.

Rose Smith, Lisnananagh, Ballinagh, Co. Cavan. June 8th, 2026, peacefully at Esker Lodge Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her sister Patricia and brother James. Rose will be sadly missed by her brothers Bernard and Terry, sisters Maureen and Bridget (Alan), nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, H12RF78 on Wednesday June 10th from 7.00pm until 9.00pm. Removal on Thursday to arrive at St Mary's Church, Bruskey for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, interment afterwards in Mullaghboy Cemetery. House private to family and close friends.
