James Coyle
Corfeyhone, Ballyhaise, Cavan
Tragically, to the inexpressible grief of his heartbroken family, his mother Majella, brother Liam, and sisters Eleanor and Eimear. Predeceased by his beloved Daddy, Brian.
He will be deeply missed by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends, especially Cian, Shane, Ned and Abby, as well as his work colleagues and team mates.

James will repose at his home (H12 P7F8) tomorrow Tuesday from 6pm for family and close friends and on Wednesday from 12 noon, where all are welcome to pay their respects.
Removal on Thursday morning to St. Brigid’s Church, Laragh, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Drung Cemetery. The Funeral Mass will be available to view here.
Kathleen Cullivan
(née Flood)
Keadue Lane, Cavan Town, Cavan
Kathleen Cullivan (nee Flood), Keadue Lane, Cavan Town, Sunday July 19th 2026, peacefully at her home in the loving care of her family. Predeceased by her husband Tommy, parents Edward and Brigid Flood, and her brothers Patsy, Frank and Ned.
Kathleen was dearly loved and will be very sadly missed by her daughters Mary and Martina (Gerry), her son Thomas (Suzi), sister Bridie, sister in law Mena, brother in law Michael, her adored grandchildren, Conor (Charlotte), Daniel, Lauren, Thomas, Aimee and Aideen and her great granddaughter Isla, nephews, nieces, all her extended family, good neighbours and her many friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12 C821) on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Kathleen's remains will leave her home in Keadue on Thursday morning at 11.15 a.m. (approx) and will travel to the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan, arriving for a Funeral Mass at 11.30. John Fidgeon
Raheny, Dublin / Shercock, Cavan
Fidgeon John, (Raheny, Dublin 5 and formerly of Shercock, County Cavan) 17th July 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Noelie and devoted father of Mary, Aidan and Kevin. Predeceased by his infant son, John, his sisters Mary and Margaret and his brothers, Fr. Pat, Donald, Anselm, Gregory and Philip. Adored Grandfather to Mark, Seán, Aisling, Odhrán, Ruadhán and Andrew. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Fr. Ignatius, Francis and Paul, sister-in-law, Sr. Consuelo Murphy, his son-in-law Denis, daughter-in-law Anne Marie, and Ciara, extended family friends and neighbours.

Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Nuala, sister-in-law Bridie and nephew Thomas. Deeply regretted by her loving husband and best friend Philip, her much loved children Dwayne (Sarah), Louise (Ahab) and Amy and her adoring grand-daughter Birdie. Sadly missed by her sister Trish, aunt Mai McDonagh, uncle Phil Cullen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Lakeland's Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, tomorrow Tuesday from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal from her home on Wednesday to arrive at St. Dympna's Church, Upper Lavey for Funeral Mass at 12noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private please.

Mary Mc Manus
(née Gore)
Belgium Park, Monaghan Town, Monaghan
Mary Louise McManus, nee Gore, recently of Monaghan, born in Amarillo Texas and resident in the US for most of her life, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday July 14th surrounded by her friends and family.
Born in 1941, Mary lived a full life characterised by her wisdom, humour, kindness and generous hospitality – especially her great love of cooking. Her presence will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Vincent McManus, her daughter Wendy Kuhnert, her great grandson Abe Kuhnert and by her parents Roy and Ollie Mae Gore.
She is lovingly remembered by her stepchildren Janet and Freda McManus, son in law Joe Kuhnert, and her brother Charles Wayne Gore. She will also be dearly missed by her grandchildren David and Shelby (her husband Cecil and daughter Willow), and by her step grandchildren Jacob, Annalise, Oliver and Joshua, and her extended family and friends.
A private cremation took place on Saturday July 18th at Mary's own request.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any cancer or progressive supranuclear palsy charity in her honour.
