Monaghan man expands property service into Portugal

A new chapter in European real estate is set to begin with Monaghan entrepreneur Alan Farrell launching Connect Now Property, the newest division of Connect Now Services, which is expanding into Europe.

“Ireland and Monaghan will always and has been our home, but we are incredibly proud to be bringing an Irish-owned business to Portugal and Europe.

Connect Now Property is a 100% Irish-owned real estate company and part of Connect Now Services. Headquartered in Tavira, Portugal, the local company connects buyers, sellers, and estate agents under one roof while combining innovative technology, trusted partnerships, and exceptional customer support to provide a premium property service.

Alongside the launch, Alan was delighted to present 21-year-old Darius Manea with the Best Buyer Agency Europe Award.

Darius, Alan says, had shown “commitment, passion, and belief in what we are building. I’m incredibly proud of him and he has a great future ahead.”
