MET Éireann says today will be dry and after a cool start afternoon highs will range a seasonal 14 to 16 degrees.

It will be a pleasant day with spells of autumn sunshine and mostly light southerly breezes. The northwest of Ulster will see isolated showers across the northwest up until early afternoon.

Mostly dry and clear early tonight.

However, increasing cloud will feed in patchy drizzle and mist to Atlantic counties, mainly affecting coastal areas.

Lowest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in a mostly light southerly breeze.
