Choice to open Carrickmacross store

Irish-owned retailer Choice will officially open its newest store on Main Street, Carrickmacross, on Friday, November 6, at 11am, marking its first store in Co. Monaghan.

Opening ahead of the festive season, the new store will feature an extensive selection of Christmas trees, lights, decorations and gifts, alongside homewares and everyday essentials, all at great value.

The opening will also bring a boost to the local community, creating more than 20 new jobs and involving a number of local suppliers and contractors also.

To celebrate, Carrickmacross Choice customers can enjoy hundreds of special opening offers across the first five days, as well as opening-morning giveaways and goody bags for the first 50 through the door.

Furthermore, shoppers will have a chance to win a share of €1,000 in Choice gift cards, including a €500 top prize. The free competition closes at 11.30am on opening morning, with winners drawn later that day.
