Woman dies following Crom Road crash
Police in the North are continuing to investigate and appeal for witnesses
The Police Service of Northern Ireland has confirmed that a woman has died from injuries she sustained following a road traffic collision near Lisnaskea earlier this month.
Hanna Tanasova (28) was originally from Ukraine but had been living in the Mayobridge area of Armagh for several years.
She was a passenger in a Vauxhall Insignia car that was involved in a collision with a Renault Traffic van at around 4.40pm on the Crom Road, December 5.
Ms Tananova sadly passed away from her injuries in hospital on Friday, December 26.
Two other occupants of the car, along with two men from the van, were also taken to hospital, but treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Police in the North are continuing to investigate and appeal for witnesses after officers attended the scene alongside colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and the Air Ambulance.
Chief Inspector Simpson added: “Our investigation is ongoing, and we appeal to anyone with phone/dash cam footage, or information which might assist, to get in touch.”
