Gardaí probe late-night attack on Cootehill home

Gardaí are investigating an incident of criminal damage at a property in Cootehill.

A house and two vehicles parked in the driveway outside the property in the Dartry Park area were vandalised shortly before midnight.

The incident was reported at approximately 11:50pm on Monday, January 6, when it was discovered that multiple windows had been smashed during the alleged attack.

A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána confirmed they had “received a report of criminal damage to a house and two vehicles parked in the driveway in Cootehill”.

They added that investigations are “ongoing”.
