Uisce Éireann is alerting customers in Ballyjamesduff to a planned water outage tonight (Thursday, January 29) as crews work to finalise essential repairs on the burst main along Virginia Road.
The original burst, which occurred last weekend, has proven complex and challenging to access. While water supply was restored to affected customers by Sunday, with alternative arrangements also put in place, additional overnight work to fully secure the mains is deemed “necessary”.
