Road reopens after morning crash

Two fire tenders and an ambulance were dispatched to the incident

The road has fully reopened following a two-vehicle crash near Ballyhaise earlier this morning.

Two fire tenders and an ambulance were dispatched to the incident at Treehoo Cross.

Gardaí confirmed that they received a "report of a two-vehicle collision at Redhills, Co Cavan, this morning 30th January 2026."

They say no injuries have been reported "at this time".

The road has since reopened, gardaí confimed.
