Hybrid Energy helping customers to visualise renewable upgrades

WHILE most homeowners know the benefits to renewable upgrades, they might not always know the best way to visualise or go about getting them.

It’s why Cavan-based Hybrid Energy Group has launched an Immersive Digital Experience to help customers visualise renewable upgrades.

Hybrid Energy Group, one of Ireland’s leading green technologies companies, has partnered with Irish immersive technology firm Orb Media to launch a new digital experience designed to help customers better understand renewable energy solutions before investing in upgrades.

The new digital platform allows users to explore Hybrid Energy Group's products and services on their phones, including heat pumps, solar panels and EV chargers, and see how they would work and fit within their own homes or business premises.

Operations Director Carmel Smith said the experience addresses a common issue faced by homeowners and businesses when they are considering energy upgrades but are unsure what solutions would suit their properties.

“When customers are thinking about upgrading their homes or premises, it can be difficult to visualise how the technology will work and how it will fit,” she said.

“This immersive experience showcases our products in a way that is easy to understand, enjoyable to use and accessible.”

The system also provides valuable insight into customer interests, with products digitally tagged to track engagement.

“This allows us to see what customers are most interested in, which helps us provide a better and more personalised service,” Carmel added.

Founded in 2009, Hybrid Energy Group has built a strong reputation nationwide for renewable energy installations and is the leading Irish partner for Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pumps and EV charging systems. The company has always been innovative, and future focused, and often first in the sector to introduce new technologies to the Irish market.

“We were ahead of the curve in green technology from the beginning, so it feels like the right time to lead again, this time with innovative digital experiences,” Mrs Smith said.
