Run for Cuan returns to Farnham Estate

Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort will host the Run for Cuan charity event this coming weekend, Sunday, July 12, bringing together runners, walkers and families to raise vital funds for Cuan Cancer Support Cavan.

Set against the scenic backdrop of estate's woodlands and lakelands, the event offers a 10K run, 5K run and a Family Woodland Walk, making it accessible to participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Entry fees are €30 for the 10K and €20 for the 5K (plus booking fees), with registration available online. Registration for the Family Woodland Walk takes place on the day at the Farnham Lawn Suite from 9am, with a €20 fee per family (two adults and up to four children).

The run/ walk start time is 11am, with refreshments served afterwards.

All proceeds will go to support the essential services provided by Cuan Cancer Support for people and families affected by cancer.

Cuan is the Farnham Estate's chosen local charity, and the grounds have in the past hosted similar type events, including a 10km walk in 2019 and before that, the first Darkness into Light to take place in Cavan.
