Bright new clinic for Always Aesthetics

A new chapter has begun for Always Aesthetic as the doctor-led cosmetics clinic has moved into a larger premises on College Street in Cavan Town, where every room has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm and relaxing experience for patients.

“My aspiration was always to associate aesthetics with comfort,” explains Dr Aoife Raja. “The whole space was designed so people feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Every room has its own vibe.”

The expanded clinic allows Dr Aoife to continue her patient-focused approach while offering a wider range of services. The new clinic features three dedicated treatment areas, each with its own unique atmosphere and purpose. One focuses on aesthetic procedures including fillers and PRP, the second one on dermatology services such as hydrofacials, laser and tattoo removal treatments, and the last one on wellness therapies including tailored vitamin treatments against low mood or fatigue.

“At Always Aesthetic, we prioritise personal needs,” she said. “Every patient is different, so skincare should be tailored to the individual. We also make sure people have a plan after their treatment, so they know how to continue caring for their skin.”

As education remains central to the clinic’s philosophy, patients can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation. “I don’t believe you have to pay for education. It should always be free,” Dr Aoife said. “It’s an opportunity for people to ask questions, discuss their skin, hair or body concerns, and begin understanding what is suitable for them before making any decisions.”

Rather than recommending brands, Dr Aoife focuses on identifying the right ingredients.
