Julia Tache, also known as Lavina, who was reported missing from Ballyconnell has been "located safe and well".

The sixteen-year-old has been missing since July 24.

"No further media action is required," a garda spokesperson stated.

"An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance."
