Cornafean Picnic in the Park

A relaxed morning of food, friendship and community spirit is promised at Cornafean GAA grounds on Saturday, August 22, when Picnic in the Park takes place from 10am to 2pm.

Visitors are encouraged to bring a bake, share a bake and settle down for a morning in the park. Tea, coffee and cold drinks will be available from the Tuck Shop, while children can enjoy fruit skewers.

Families and friends are invited to bring a picnic blanket or camping chair and make the most of the informal community gathering.

The event will also officially launch the Healthy Club initiative, supporting health and wellbeing within the local community.
