Cool and bright today with a mix of sunshine and scattered showers.

Highest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees with a moderate to fresh northwesterly wind.

Tonight will be dry for most with long clear spells and just isolated showers.

Cloud will thicken from the west towards morning. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees in a light westerly or variable breeze.

Tomorrow, Thursday, will be mostly cloudy to start apart from some early sunny spells in eastern parts.

Rain and drizzle will spread from the west through the morning, becoming widespread in the afternoon.

Highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees with southwesterly winds increasing moderate to fresh with the rain.
