The Strypes to make Jools Holland debut tonight

Cavan stars The Strypes continue their surge for world domination tonight when they appear on BBC's ‘Later... with Jools Holland’.
Ross Farrelly (lead vocals, harmonica), Josh McClorey (lead guitar, vocals), Pete O’Hanlon (bass guitar, harmonica) and Evan Walsh (drums) will play tracks from their debut EP ‘Blue Collar Jane’ on BBC's flagship music show tonight at 10pm, and the extended Friday night programme.
The blistering rhythm and blues outfit will be sharing the billing with indie-veterans Suede, folk singer Cat Power and rising star Laura Mvula.
The Jools coup comes after ‘Blue Collar Jane’ being named BBC Radio 1’s ‘hottest track’ and news that the lads have agreed to play Glastonbury's John Peel stage. All this on top of a sell-out UK and European tour, a début concert in Tokyo, and the promise of a new abum.
Sounds like tonight might be the first of many Jools Holland appearances!
