Irish Nationwide sold for €350,000

There's never been a better time to buy top class commercial properties in prime locations it appears. The Irish Nationwide Building Society on Main Street, Cavan, which it's estimated would have fetched in excess of €1m during the height of the Celtic Tiger, was sold recently for just a fraction of that figure.
