Put manners on ailments for Rude Health Week!

Being rude isn't usually something to promote, but rude health is! Back To Nature health shop on Cavan's Main Street is marking the Irish Association of Health Stores' first ever Rude Health Week, which runs until Saturday and aims to encourage ongoing good health habits around the country. "Many of our members have found from customer feedback that people would like a boost between our very popular annual Rude Health shows in the RDS. We felt that a Rude Health Week in early Spring would be a good time to highlight the need for people to look after themselves as naturally as possible, all year round," said Kevin Connolly of the Irish Association of Health Stores. Among the initiatives being promoted by Back To Nature are free gifts with Burts Bees and Tisserand skin products, special prices on omega 3 and other items and consultations. On Thursday, there will be free consultations on natural weight loss (12-3pm), on Friday there will be free Matcha green tea tasting (12-2pm) and free consultations on Higher Nature food supplements with 20% off (11am-4pm). • The store will also launch its new range of advanced sports nutrition and Micran mineral water purifier which promises "tap to spring water".
