Lavey team scale the heights of The Mountain!

A team from Lavey features in a new science adventure series for young people called The Mountain on Friday, February 18 at 5pm on RTÉ Two. Ben Cunningham, Luke Cunningham and Tony Browne take on a team from County Dublin as their skills are put to the test in science-based challenges around an adventure course. Who will have the brains, brawn, and stamina to be first to The Mountain summit? The 12-part science adventure series, with presenter Sinead Ni Churnain, was filmed at the Carlingford Adventure Centre over three weeks in May 2010. In each episode, the teams make use of scientific knowledge given to them to complete tasks in the rounds: Basecamp Experiment, The Big Predication and CSWhy? Crime Solving.
