Mini choc egg pots

Want to indulge in a chocolate treat this Easter without going overboard on the calories? Check out this delicious and light recipe from Slimming World. A sweet that’s ready at the stir of a spoon? What a cracking idea!

INGREDIENTS

500g fat-free natural fromage frais

11g sachet Options Belgian Choc Instant hot chocolate

One level tsp cocoa powder

11g sachet Options White Choc Instant hot chocolate

½tsp vanilla extract

Four Cadbury Mini Eggs

METHOD

Divide the fromage frais between two bowls.

Add the Options belgian choc and cocoa powder to one of the bowls and mix well.

Put the Options white choc and vanilla extract in the second bowl and mix well.

Divide the white chocolate mixture between four dessert glasses, then divide the Belgian chocolate mixture over the top.

Chill until ready to serve, then add a mini egg to each pot and take your pick!
