Eleven county cavan properties for auction

Bailieborough, Kingscourt, Ballyconnell, Crossdoney and Cavan Town properties all feature in the next monster auction at Allsops.

The auction takes place next month and features multiple properties on two separate, single lots in both Bailieborough and Crossdoney.
In Crossdoney 12 units at Lismore View estate are on offer with a reserve of €490K.
The vacant houses consists of three three-bed semi-detacheds, six three-bed terraceds and three four-bed semis, all to be sold in one lot.
Over in Bailieborough, a similar lot is on offer with 13 residential units for sale.
The development consists of nine two-bed apartments, three three-bed townhouses and one single-bed apartment with three properties providing a rental income.
The development is going as one lot as is located at Fountain View, Bailieborough and comes with on-street parking. The whole lot comes with a reserve not to exceed €200K.

Residential
In Ballyconnell a four-bed semi at Bothar Glás is going with a reserve of €60K.
The property, a two-storey under a pitched roof has a yearly rental income of €3,960 and has gardens in front and back.
In Kingscourt, a semi-detached has a reserve also of €60K.
The three-bed at Oak Grove in the east Cavan town is a semi-detached under a pitched roof with off-street parking, all over 110 sq metres.
A third residential also with a reserve of €60K is available near Bailieborough.
The detached four-bed is at Seeorum, Canningstown and is a dormer bungalow with front and rear gardens, laid-out over 176 sq metres.
In Mullagh, a detached four-bed comes with a reserve of €50K and is at Killian’s Court extending to 136 sq metres.
At the other end of the county, in picturesque Glangevlin, a detached three-bed over 83 sq metres at Legnagrow is on offer with a reserve of €25K.
Finally for the county’s residential, in Cootehill, a derelict four-bed, two-storey with off-street parking over 174 sq metres comes with a reserve of €25K.

Plots
There are three plots for auction at Cavan Town, Corlismore and Ballinagh.
At Smith’s Site, Swellan, Cavan Town a regular-shaped parcel of land carries a reserve of €15K. The 0.285-acre plot is located opposite Cluain Aoibhin Court on the Lower Swellan Road.
At Corlismore a €15K plot of irregular-shaped land over 3.2 acres is for auction at Woteraghy, a west Cavan townland.
Finally, near Ballinagh, a Garrymore plot over 2.7 acres, 400 metres from the town on the N55 comes with a €20K reserve.
The Allsop auction in the RDS, Dublin, is on Tuesday, September 8.
Over 370 properties will go under the hammer with combined reserve of almost €60m - 290 of the properties are residential.
