Motorists are being advised to expect congestion in the Lisnaskea area from mid-morning on Friday, July 12.
Non-parade through traffic will be diverted at various points as they approach the south Fermanaghntown from approximately 12pm.
HGV type vehicles are requested, if possible, to take an alternative cross border route via Derrylin.
Anyone with urgent necessity to access Lisnaskea town, in the event of a medical emergency for example or for people requiring medical attention, the PSNI say will be facilitated by police at the earliest opportunity.
Congestion is also expected within the Augher area where HGV type vehicles travelling along the A4 towards Enniskillen will be diverted at Ballygawley roundabout to travel towards Omagh, Fintona, Dromore, Irvinestown and Enniskillen.
All vehicles travelling from Clogher towards Ballygawley will be diverted at Clogher via Knockmany Road and back unto the A4 at Augher.
