Buy a home for less in Butlersbridge

Glenwood Park, Butlersbridge is a small development of high quality four-bedroom townhouses situated in the scenic village of Butlersbridge just off the N3.

Originally priced at €225,000 (with some sold at that price), the houses are now being offered for €135,000 by selling agents, O'Reilly, Taylor & Tweedy, Main Street, Cavan.

This price is for a 'turnkey package', including appliances, fireplace, painting, tiling and flooring.

This cut price represents "an excellent opportunity for first-time buyers to purchase a property situated beside all amenities, but yet is only a five minutes drive from Cavan Town", according to the selling agent.

Butlersbridge is renowned for its picturesque location on the Annalee River. In terms of village amenities, the school is newly extended, there are scenic walks, a football field, community hall, creche, shops, pubs and a chapel on the banks of the river, adjacent to the Derragarra Inn.

The village enjoys the beautiful tranquil setting, combined with accessibility to the N3, the Clones Road and Cavan Town, with particularly hassle-free access to Cavan General Hospital, which is only a couple of minutes drive from the development and on the same side of the county town.

Contact O'Reilly, Taylor & Tweedy, 88 Main Street, Cavan at 049-4331599.
