A 29.3 ACRE parcel of land with full planning permission for three houses at Drumhillagh, Bailieborough is to go under the hammer (unless previously sold) at Peter Murtagh Auctioneers, Main Street, Bailieborough on Wednesday, June 9.

The auction, which is to take place at 4pm, will see the land being offered in its entirety or in three lots.

Lot one comprises 7.485 ha or18.495 acres.

Lot two consists of 3.336 ha or 8.242 acres with with full planning permission for two houses.

Lot three consists of 0.64 ha or 1.581 acres.

The sale is on behalf of the Waller family, and in terms of guide price the selling agent anticipates that "some value should be achieved for the planning on top of agricultural values".

"This attractive holding is in a pleasant location a short distance from the local county roadway," comments auctioneer, Mr. Murtagh.

Country space

"The location is a very attractive one and should appeal to those looking for a bit of country space."
