A beautifully maintained three-bedroom property roughly two-and-a-half kilometres from Bailieborough has come to the market through selling agent Peter Murtagh, whose office is on Main Street, Bailieborough.

Leitrim, Bailieborough has come to the market as an executor sale, being the property of the late Danny Gallagher, a well known and popular teacher at Ballinamoney National School - which is "the school around corner", as the selling agent puts it.

The agents are inviting offers in excess of €155,000.

"This is a detached bungalow, and we don't get too many of those on the books," said Mr. Murtagh.

"It is a one-off and is on a nice, elevated site. The house has been exceptionally well looked after and is in immaculate condition."

"The property is in a nice position a short journey from town. It has a large space to the rear that could be developed as a vegetable plot or a lawn area," he suggests.

From the Kells road out of Bailieborough, turn left for Tierworker, and the property is on the left after about a half a kilometre.
