For the representatives of the late Con Smith, an old-world style farm cottage standing on circa 18 acres at Kilnavara, Cavan just two miles from the county town will be offered for sale by public auction on Tuesday, June 29, at 3pm in the Farnham Arms Hotel.

Two lots

The property is being offered in one or two lots: Lot one consists of the cottage, standing on circa one acre; Lot 2 comprises the balance of land which is circa 17 acres of good quality grass land with long river frontage, with buildings including a hayshed with lean to cattle shed and crush.
