The property in Loughduff.

A residential farm with road and lake frontage at Glasscarrick, Loughduff, Co. Cavan will be for sale by public auction at the end of next month.

The farm of circa 15 acres will go under the hammer on Thursday, September 30, at 4.30pm in The Pikers Lodge, Gowna, Co. Cavan.

The auctioneer, Liam Reilly of Ballinagh, describes the property as "a very attractive small farm"

There is a single storey dwelling set off the main road which is in excellent external condition, according to Mr. Reilly, who adds that the house is in need of some internal repairs.

The lands have the attraction of lake shore frontage and are located circa 1.5 miles off the N55 Ballinagh/Granard road and the same distance from Killydoon Village.
