Two Mullagh properties going for just €175k
Bargains house hunters will be out in force next Tuesday when two houses go under the hammer in Trim Castle Hotel, Trim, at 3pm.
David Costello of Sherry Fitzgerald auctioneers said there is keen interest in both properties, which have a guide price of just €175,000 for both houses.
