Ballyjamesduff house comes with own pool room

House prices have suffered their biggest monthly fall in over two years. Figures from the Central Statistics Office show that residential property prices fell by 2.2% during October, a drop of 15.1% from the same period last year. Overall, house prices are 45% lower than their peak level in 2007 with prices in Dublin recording the biggest drop at 51% below peak levels and apartments down 60%. Prices in the rest of the country fell by 2.2% in October, giving an annual drop of 13.8%. Despite these figures there is great value in houses to be had in County Cavan at the moment. There is a fully fitted kitchen with separate dining room and sitting room. Those of you who like a game of pool are in for a real treat as the house comes with its own pool room.
