Squeals of delight for Junior Certs

Smiles all round as Breifne College junior certificate students celebrate their results.

The school term has just started and the leaves are turning brown. With all the palaver of the Leaving certificate over, the focus diverts to the younger charges who received their Junior Certificate results last Wednesday.

Outstanding Junior Cert results were the order of the day at Co Cavan VEC schools according to CEO of Cavan VEC, Colm McEvoy. Congratulating Junior Certificate students who received their results this week in Virginia College, Breifne College, St Bricin's, Belturbet and St Mogue's, Bawnboy; Mr McEvoy paid tribute to the hard work of the students and teachers and acknowledged the support of parents for both students and teachers.
