Council makes grit available for public use

The Cavan County Council executive this morning briefed local representatives on the roads and water situation within the county.

The emergency briefing took place just in advance of the Council's budget meeting for 2010, which is ongoing.

Meanwhile, the local authority has made grit available for public use at the following locations:

    you are lucky people .the west yorkshire council has run out of of grit.6 inch of snow on all the paths old people cant even get to the shops
