Deadline for registering to vote

Today is the last opportunity for people to register to vote in the upcoming referendum on the Eighth Amendment.

This is the last chance to check the register for eligibility to vote and, if not, to contact the local authority.

Applications to be included on the supplement to the register of electors must be received by local authorities before 17:00 this evening.

Application forms [Form RFA 2] are available on checktheregister.ie and local authorities but must be signed by a member of An Garda Síochána before being submitted.
