Cavan Ladies forward Gráinne Smith believes that the blend of youth and experience in the Breffni panel has been crucial to their success this season.
Cavan take on Westmeath in the All Ireland IFC final in Croke Park on Sunday September 25 and according to Butlersbridge player Smith - who is in her 12th year on the panel - the camaraderie is better than ever.
