Jake leading out the Irish side.

Jake captains Ireland against Finland

Jake Doyle Hayes was the pride of the Cavan Monaghan Underage League as he
captained the Republic of Ireland under 15 squad against Finland yesterday (Thursday) when the two countries played at the home of Swords Celtic FC in
Dublin.

Jake made his debut in December for the Republic of Ireland in the
gulf state of Qatar when he played the Italian giants of Juventus F.C.

It was a great honour for Jake, his family, Ballyjamesduff FC and the CMUL
wmerging talent programme as he led Ireland out alongside Finland Captain
Kalle Salmi.

The only disappointment on the day was the result as the
Republic of Ireland U15 squad suffered their first defeat of the season
losing 3-0.

Jake, of Ballyjamesduff FC, is also a member of this year's
Cavan Monaghan Underage League squad, managed by Olly Martin and Kieran
Donnelly, that will be competing in the Northern Ireland Milk Cup.
