Snapshot

Priorities: 'My election slogan is the Protection of Life at all Stages and for Truth and Common Sense politics I am well aquainted with the problems on the ground affecting families and I want to be the voice that represents and fights for the rights of our children and their families to proper health and disability services.
“I am deeply concerned that our suicide rates are among the highest in Europe and of the growing problem of drug and alcohal addiction which requires a better rehabilitation service. I will demand investment in the provision of adequate resources, additional beds and staffing for Cavan General Hospital and the re-instatement of 24/7 medical care at Monaghan General Hospital. Life is sacred and I support the retention of our pro-life 8th Amendment which gives constitutional protection to the lives of both an expectant mother and her developing baby in the womb. l will also demand support for the rights of our elderly and for better services for our rural communities.
The next Government will have to deliver on these demands for the people of Cavan Monaghan in order to get my support.'
