Eileen Bridget Mc Govern

Teach Bhán, Fuenaceland, Swanlinbar, Cavan

Formerly of The Post Office, Swanlinbar. Daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Mc Govern, Tonlagee, Corlough, wife of the late Thomas P, mother of the late Gerardine, sister of the late Fr Greg SMA, John (Philadelphia) and Fr Paddy SMA. Deeply regretted by her loving son Gregory ( Rosemary), daughters Margaret (Seamus), Ann (Michael), Christina (Gabriel), grandchildren Donal, Niamh, Killian, Sarah, Mark, Seán Luke and Ben, sister Rita and brother Barney (Philadelphia) nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins and a large circle of friends.

MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE.

Remains will repose at her late residence from 7pm this Sunday until 10pm on Monday. Mass of the Resurrection will take place on Tuesday at 12 noon in Saint Mary's Church, Swanlinbar, with burial in Killaduff Cemetery. Those who wish to show their support along the route are asked to do so by social distancing in a safe manner. Church will be limited to 50 people.

Percy McKeever

Ballinaclose, Kilmainhamwood, Meath / Kingscourt, Cavan

The death has occurred of Percy McKeever, Ballinaclose, Kilmainhamwood, Co. Meath, peacefully, following a short illness at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, 29th May 2021.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, daughters Edel & Louise, son Percy Jnr, brother Michael, sisters Sylvia, Monica & Madeleine, grandchildren Lily, Cormac & Jesse, sons-in-law Padraig & Edel’s partner Graeme. Sadly missed by his brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral Mass will take place in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, with cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan. Percy’s Funeral Mass will be available to view online at 10am on Tuesday morning, 1st June, on the following links: www.kingscourtparish.ie

Percy's funeral cortège will begin from his home on Tuesday morning, travelling via Church Street, Main Street, Lower Main Street and Hall Street, Kingscourt, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception from 9.30am. Neighbours and friends are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Finbar O'Sullivan

Lusk, Dublin / Glasnevin, Dublin / Belturbet, Cavan

The death has occurred of Finbar O Sullivan, Lusk, Co. Dublin and formerly 41 Willow Park Road, Glasnevin Dublin 11 and Belturbet, Co. Cavan. May 29th May 2021. (Suddenly). Finbar, sadly missed by his beloved family, sisters Majella and Collette, brothers Owen, Brendan and Peter, sisters-in-law Nuala, Deirdre and Ann, brothers-in-law Ciaran and Nick. A hero to his many nieces and nephews, Conall, Ross, Graham, James, Roisin, Niamh, Donal, Siobhan, Patrick, Sarah, Sean, Brendan, Gerard, Ciara, Shane. Sadly, missed also by his extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Patricia Hughes (née Kelly)

''Almorah House'' Lake Road, Cobh, Cork / Castleblayney, Monaghan

It is with great sadness and regret that we inform family and friends of the death of Patricia Hughes (nee Kelly) Cobh, Co. Cork and formerly of Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan, who died unexpectedly on May 29th 2021. Patricia, predeceased by her parents Patrick and Mary leaves behind her devoted husband David, beloved children Jordan, Bronwyn, Robert, Connor and David, brothers Philip, Steven and Seamus, mother-in-law Eileen, father-in-law John, sisters in law Colette, Patricia, Nuala, Marion, Mary and Aileen, brothers in law Shane and Johnny and her much - loved nieces and nephews. Her devastating loss will be greatly felt by her extended family, her work colleagues and her wide circle of friends.

Patricia's funeral cortège will leave her home on Tuesday, June 1st, at 10.30am en route to St. Colman's Cathedral for 11am Requiem Mass for family and close friends (Max 50 people) followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy. Patricia's Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on www.cobhcathedralparish.ie on Tuesday June 1st at 11am. Family flowers only, please. Donations, in lieu if desired, to a charity of your choice.

Patricia McKenna (Hughie)

Killacorn, Emyvale, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Patricia McKenna (Hughie), Killacorn, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan, Saturday 29th May peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her parents Eddie & Annie.

Lovingly remembered by her sisters and brothers, Maura (Coyle), Eamon, Eithne, Denis, Noel, Rita (Leonard), Colin & Carmel (Finnan). Trisha will be sadly missed by her brothers in law, sisters in law. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.
