Tony Cartwright

Barleyhill, Kingscourt, Meath / Kingscourt, Cavan

The death has occurred of Tony Cartwright, Barleyhill, Kingscourt, Co. Meath, and formerly of Norfolk, UK, peacefully at our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Wednesday 28th July, 2021.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Elizabeth, sons Nic, Matthew & Benny, daughters-in-law Steph, Jenny & Claire. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Kaya, Amber, Ila, Belili, Sofia and Cooper, brother Hugh and sister Trillia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Due to current government advice regarding public gatherings a private cremation will take place for family at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Tony's funeral cortège will travel from Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt to Lakelands Crematorium via Main Street, Lower Main Street and Baileborough Road, Kingscourt on Friday morning, 30th July at approximately 10.45 am. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Mary Flanagan (née Fitzgerald)

The Cottage, Kilmore, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan

Suddenly, at her home, Sunday the 25th of July. Predeceased by her by her parents Tom and Kathleen. Sadly missed by her loving husband Vincent and all her children, Michelle, Niamh, Pauric and Cathal, son in-law Seamus and adoring grandson Shéa. Deeply regretted by her brothers, Thomas, Brendan and Gerard, sisters, Teresa and Catherine. Fondly remembered by her brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends in Ireland, England and America.

MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE.

Removal on Saturday, 31st July, from her home to St Joseph's Church, Ballyjamesduff, arriving for Requiem Mass at 2pm. Interment afterwards in St Joseph's Cemetery, Oldcastle Road.

Sadie Rowan (neé Devaney), 8 Sean Lee Drive, Belturbet, Co. Cavan, Wednesday 28th July, suddenly, at her residence. Predeceased by her husband, Tommy and parents, Hannah and Michael. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving daughters, Sheila and Tracey, sons-in-law Killian and Simon, grandchildren Emily, Cooper and Caoimhe, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and good friends, Annette and Seamus.

Sr. Marie Stella Smith

St. Louis Convent, Monaghan Town, Monaghan / Cavan

Formerly Co. Cavan. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Cavan General Hospital on 28th July 2021. Sister Stella also received exceptional long term care from the staff and management of the Sacred Hearts Nursing Home, Clones, Co Monaghan. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Rose, her brothers Killian and Charlie and nephew Sean. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sisters Nora and Rosaleen, brothers Clement, John, Tony and Eugene, her nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and the St. Louis Community.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Catherine Stafford (née Loughlin)

Doon, Tierworker, Kells, Meath / Tierworker, Meath / Tierworker, Cavan

Catherine Stafford (nee Loughlin) Doon Tierworker, Kells, Co. Meath, died, 27th July 2021, peacefully, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Michael. Deeply regretted by her daughters Caitriona and Mary, sons Bernard and Micheal, brother Pat (Ballivor), sister Mary (Boston), grandchildren Aine, Tara, Catriona, Maria, Lauren, Daniel, Makayla, Andrew, son in law, daughters in law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Removal from her residence Thursday evening at 6.30pm to arrive at St Patrick's Church, Tierworker, for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 11am with burial afterwards in New Moybologue Cemetery.

Due to current HSE and government guidelines, Catherine's funeral will be private to family and friends only.

Please adhere to social distancing guidelines along the funeral procession route. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to Meath Palliative Care c/o Funeral Director or any family member. House private, please.

Peter Corr

20 Manor Wood, Monaghan Town, Monaghan

Peter Corr 20 Manor Wood, Monaghan and formerly Knockatallon Co Monaghan. Tuesday 27th July at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda surrounded by his loving family.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Peter is predeceased by his wife Mary. Deeply regretted by his sons Andrew and Peter, daughters-in-laws, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends.

Peter's remains will be reposing at Mc Kenna's funeral home Park Street today Wednesday from 5pm until 7pm. Requiem mass on Thursday at 2o'clock in St Macartan's Cathedral Monaghan.

In line with current restrictions only 50 people can attend the funeral mass. Interment afterwards in St. Mary's cemetery Urbleshanny Scotstown Co Monaghan.
