Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.

Sadly missed by her husband Aivars, sons Martins, Dzintars, daughter Linda. Her grandchildren Tomas, Eriks, Dzesika, Dana, Lana, Kelly Extended family and many friends.

The death has occurred of Peter Clerkin, Knappagh, Shercock, Co. Cavan. January 19th 2022 peacefully in the loving care of the staff at St. Mary's Nursing Home, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Katie, brothers James, Michael and P.J. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Kathleen, sons Martin and Sean, daughters Teresa and Bernadette, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, brother John, sister Annie, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Peter will be reposing at his home in Knappagh amongst his family, neighbours and friends until removal on Friday morning leaving his home at 11.30am to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Maudabawn for 12 noon Funeral Mass, followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

The Clerkin family would like to thank you for your cooperation and consideration at this difficult time. Funeral cortege will leave his home via Lisclogher Rd., Kespanduff Rd., and on to St. Patrick's Church, Maudabawn.

Carlow and St. Anne’s Golf Club, Co. Dublin. 19th January 2022. Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family after a long illness. John, pre-deceased by his parents and sister Margorie. Beloved husband of Kathleen (née McCabe), loving dad to Darragh, Joanne, Shauna and Jamie. Sadly missed by his wife Breda, children; John, Sheena, Ciara and Kevin, grand children; Jack and Ava, daughter-in- law Katie, sons in law; Tim and Aaron, brother John, nieces, nephews and extended family.

The death has occurred of Susan (Sue) Hamill, nee Turner, Killynenagh, Drum, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Mullaghboy, Cootehill, Co Cavan. Sue was called home suddenly from her residence on Sunday 16th January in the company of her loving family. Beloved wife of John and adored mother of Jimmy and Fiona. Sue will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Denise, son-in-law Pat Coleman, Doohamlet, cherished grandchildren Grace, Rebekah, Hannah and Bryan, great-grandson Joel, sister Essie Gillespie, Mullaghboy, Cootehill, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, extended family, neighbours, many friends and by all who knew and loved Sue.

Sue will be resting at the family home (H16D362) amongst her family due to Covid 19, with removal on Thursday afternoon to Drum Presbyterian Church for 2pm Funeral Service. Burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Sue's Funeral cortège to the Church will be horse drawn and will leave the family home at approximately 1pm on Thursday.

House strictly private to family and close friends on Wednesday from 3pm to 8pm please.

The death has occurred of Andrew Campbell. Drummond Radhairc, Carrickmacross. 18th January 2022. Peacefully at his home, following an illness bravely borne, surrounded by his beloved family. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his cherished wife Mary Ann, his parents Betty & John, his brothers Adrian & Barry and his sister Melissa, his parents-in-law Mary Teresa & Gerry McGuigan, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, godchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

Madge Doherty, Watson at Letham Park Care Home, 205 Ferry Rd, Edinburgh on the 11th January 2022. Predeceased by her husbands Donald and Jackie, her mother Letitia, father Michael, her brothers Willie, Joe, Michael and grandson Christopher.

Deeply regretted and much loved by her daughters Mary and June, her sons Brian and Donald, sisters Sadie, Ann and Jenny, brothers Larry and Tony, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Pauline Grant, Carn, Silverstream, Monaghan H18 AE77 peacefully at her residence on Wednesday 19th January surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Charlie and daughter Kate. Loving mother of Marian, Charlie, Eugene and Bernie. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Philip, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and brother-in-law Peter and a large family circle of relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her husbands Patrick Maguire & Luke Todd, Stepdaughter Marion Todd & son Raymond Maguire. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by her son Sean, his wife Kate, grandchildren Colm & his partner Mary, Edel & Richard, Mark & his partner Damien, Katie, and Orla, great-grandchildren Neesha Michaela Brogan, Lily & Tiernan, & Heidi.

Cremation taking place at 4pm on Friday in Lakelands Crematorium in Cavan strictly for family only. Ann’s ashes will be buried in the family plot in Corracrin, Emyvale at a later stage.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary, wife Lily, brothers Eddie, Packie and James, his nephew Seamus. Deeply regretted by his nephews, niece, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Observing social distancing and HSE guidelines, Benny will repose among his family, neighbours and friends in Avelreagh, at his nephew Kevin’s home on Wednesday from 4pm until 9pm and on Thursday from 4pm until 9pm. House private at all other times, please.

Mary (Maura) Hanley, Seabourne View, Charlesland, Greystones, formerly Charnwood, Bray, Co Wicklow & Dunaree, Lisdoonan, Co Monaghan. Peacefully in the kind and loving care of Pat & LIz Behan and staff of Eyrefield Manor Nursing Home Greystones on Monday January 17th 2022. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her children Gerard, Jackie, Claire, Lyola and Eoin. Her son-in-law Noel and daughter-in-law Helena. Her beloved grandchildren Christopher, Ellie, Leona, Stephen, Darren, Aisling, Rowena, Natalie, Adam and Emily, her great grandchildren Mark, Emma, Patrick and Michael. Maura very generously donated her body to medical science, so at this time no funeral will take place. A ceremony to celebrate Maura's life will follow at a date to be confirmed.
