Reposing at Lakeland’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, on Sunday from 5.30pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Monday to arrive at St. Brigid’s Church, Killygarry, for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family homes private, please.

HAYES Hugh (Dalkey, Cavan and Castlerea) February 5, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Angela, loving father of Carol, Paula, Jennifer and Lisa. Sadly missed by his wife and children, treasured granddad of Anna, Matilda, Abigail, David, Daniel, Isabelle, Cara, Aaron and Theo, his sons-in-law Johnny, Ed, Nuno and Brian, family and friends.

Kathleen Anne Kitson, (nee Donohoe) Rathdrum, Drumalee, Cavan and formerly Baileboro, Co. Cavan, Satuday 5th February 2022, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Castlemanor Nursing Home, Cavan. Devoted and loving wife of the late Martin “Nicholas” Kitson and sister of the late Eileen Marie Connolly and Peter Donohoe. Kathleen will be very sadly missed by her loving Family, daughter Siobháin, son Mark and his wife Margaret, adored grandchildren Dominic and Elvie, sister Mary Farrelly, Fenit, Tralee and her husband Thomas, sister in law Margaret Kelly, Highfield Rd. (Cavan), brothers in law Seamus Kitson, Percy French, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, and Michael Connolly, London. nephews, nieces all her Family circle and many friends.

Treasured grandad to Ciara, Aaron, Rebecca, Jack and Caoimhe, sons in law, John and Matt, daughters in law Sinead and Gemma, sister Jacqueline.

Removal to St. Dympna’s Church, Upper Lavey, on Monday to arrive for requiem Mass at 12.00 noon. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.

February 5th 2022 at Lisdarn palliative care unit, Cavan. Predeceased by his father Joe, mother Mary & sister Teresa. Deeply regretted by his loving brothers John, Hugh, Edward & Aidan, sisters Bernie (Groarke, New York), Cora (Kennedy, Clintycoo, Milltown), sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Lawlor's funeral home, Erne Hill, Belturbet(H14 R583) tomorrow evening (Sunday) from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock. Walk through only. No handshaking please. Removal on Monday morning at 11:15am arriving at St. Mogue's Church, Bawnboy for funeral Mass at 12 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Suddenly, at Cavan General Hospital, after a short illness.

Removal from Cavan General Hospital tomorrow at 10.30am arriving into Clones at 11.00am. Michael’s funeral cortege will be taking the route down Fermanagh Street and onwards to Michael’s mother’s home, 8 Carn Heights, were Michael will repose until removal. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to arrive at The Sacred Heart Church, Clones, for 11.00am funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Mount Saint Oliver’s Cemetery.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his children Brandon and Jasmine, mother Vera, partner Karen, twin sister Monica, brothers Martin and Rory, sisters Charlene, Kathy, Lesley and Collette, nieces, nephews and extended family circle. Pre-deceased by his father Charlie.

The death has occurred of Dessie Purdy, Clonedergole, Clones, Co. Monaghan,Thursday, 3rd February 2022, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital, Cavan. Predeceased by his brothers Michael, Stanley, Leo and Jim. Cherished and adored brother of Gertie (Kelly, Manchester, England) and Rosaleen (Peake, Enniskillen Co. Fermanagh). Dessie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sisters, nieces, nephew, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and by all who knew and loved Dessie.

Dessie will repose at his residence on Friday afternoon (11th February) from 2pm to 6pm amongst his family, close friends and neighbours, with removal at 7pm to arrive at the Sacred Heart Chapel, Clones for 7.30pm. Dessie's Funeral Mass is on Saturday 12th at 11am. Burial afterwards in the Sacred Heart's Cemetery, Clones.
