Investigation after weekend burglaries

Gardaí are investigating burglaries on Saturday night.

A house in the Listinny area of Clontibret, Co Monaghan was broken into between 7pm and 8.30pm on September 17. A quantity of cash was stolen in that incident.

Gardaí in Monaghan are investigating.

Meanwhile another house, in the Corfad area of Ballybay, was broken into on Saturday evening. There is no information on what, if anything, was taken during that incident.

Gardaí in Ballybay are investigating that break-in.
