The death has occurred peacefully of Veronica Philomena O' Connor (nee O'Reilly), Gauden Rd, Clapham, London and late of Corragary, Maudabawn, Co. Cavan, in her 98th year.
Predeceased by her husband Bernard and her daughter Angela, her brothers Gerard, Alphonsus and Jerome and her sisters Margaret, Moria, Christina, and Nuala.
Dearly missed by her daughters Kathleen, Veronica, Rosemarie, Mary and Patricia, her son Robert, her sister Eithne (Virginia) , her beloved and cherished grandchildren - Tadgh, Max, Jack, Milo, Sean, Julia and Livia.

Reposing at Matthews Funeral Home, Bailieborough Road, Virginia (A82YV58) on Thursday evening from 7 o'clock until prayers at 8 o'clock.
Removal to Mary Immaculate Church, Virginia on Friday morning for 11 o'clock Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Archie Drury Fartha, Tunnyduff, Bailieborough, Co.Cavan. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Archie who passed away peacefully at home Monday 25th May 2026 surrounded by his loving family in his 99th year. Predeceased by his grandson baby Cecil, parents Archie and Sarah Jane, his brothers and sisters May, Joe, John, Charles, Harold, Cecil, Greta and Georgie.
Archie leaves behind Sylvia, his adored wife of 66 years. Sylvia a devoted wife to Archie, whose greatest act of love was the care and comfort she gave her husband in his final years. Archie will forever be remembered as a dedicated and devoted father to Geoffrey (Helen), Raymond (Ann) and Sharon (David), his adored grandchildren Steven, Natasha, Simon, Amy and Kyle. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, family circle, neighbours and many friends.

Resting at his residence (A82XN84) Tuesday 26th May 2026 from 5pm-9pm and Wednesday from 12 noon. Removal from his residence Thursday afternoon to arrive at Kilmount Presbyterian Church (H16PF76) for Funeral Service at 2pm followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only please donations in lieu, if desired to Alzheimer's society of Ireland via the donation link, family member or Funeral Director.
Cootehill Livestock Mart and Raymond Drury crash repairs will remain closed until Friday 29th May.

Deeply regretted by his sisters Rita Clarke and Maura, brother-in-law John, nephews Sean and Damien, nieces-in-law Alison and Anne, grand-nephew Thomas, Bishop Martin Hayes, Bishop Emeritus Leo O’Reilly, fellow Priests and his wide circle of family and friends.

Cormore, Arva, Co. Cavan, formerly of Three County Inn Arva, New York, and Killeshandra.
Passed away peacefully, in his 98th year, in the wonderful care of the staff of Virginia Primary Care Centre on 26th May 2026.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen; his parents John and Mary; his brothers Packie, Terry and Mogue; and his sister Patricia.
Vincent will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his son John (ex-BOI), daughter-in-law Jackie, and granddaughter-in-law Eimear; his grandsons Vinny and Kevin; his great-grandsons JP, Sonny and Bruce; his sister Eileen McGee; sisters-in-law Patricia and Rose Masterson; nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, neighbours, and all who knew and loved him.
Vincent will repose in Lakelands Funeral Home, Cavan (H12 RF78) on Thursday May 28th from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday May 29th in the Sacred Heart Church Arva (H12 RY96) at 11.00am followed by burial in Coronea cemetery.

Predeceased by her husband Hugh, her parents Jerry and Sheila Kelly, sisters Evelyn, Maureen and Kitty, brothers Ted (Br. Jerome), Noel and Kevin. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her daughters Mary (Carrie), Pádraig, Teresa (Carolan), Fr. Jerry, Carmel (Osborne), Hugh G., niece Gráinne Concannon and nephew Noel Kelly. Predeceased by her infant daughter Ciara, parents Michael and Molly, and brother Seán.
Geraldine will be dearly missed and remembered with love by her loving husband Stephen, daughters Calla (André), Stephanie (Mark), Paula (Seán), son Colm (Ashley), and her adored grandchildren William, Eoin, Molly, Donal, Eva and Méabh.
