The death has occurred of Peter Clarke, St. Martin's Estate, Cavan Town, 31st May 2026. Peter passed away peacefully in his 88th year, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his infant daughter Rose Mary, parents Charlie and Margaret, brothers Hughie, Buddy, Gerry and Liam in infancy, and sisters Eileen, Pam, Mary and Kay.
Beloved husband of 54 years and best friend of Rose, devoted father of Samantha (Alo Prior), Fiona (Christopher O’Connor), Jennifer, Celina (Miceal Reilly) and Peter (Orla Dardis), cherished and adored grandfather of Alex, Robyn, Kelsey, Lydia, Dayle, Haleigh, Elliot, Lewis, Cormac and Ronan, and great-grandfather of Ruby Lou, sister Susan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
May Peter's Gentle Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan (H12 RF78), on Monday evening from 5pm until 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11.30am in the Cathedral of Ss. Patrick and Felim, Cavan, followed by interment in Cullies Cemetery.

Ann (Nan) Maher (née Osborne)
Ardagh, Kingscourt, Meath, A82 P4V8 / Ardee, Louth / Kingscourt, Cavan
The death has occurred of Ann (Nan) Maher (née Osborne), Ardagh, Kingscourt, Co. Meath and formerly of Lagan, Ardee, Co. Louth, 31st May 2026. Ann passed away peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Brigid, and her brothers and sisters.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband and best friend Joe (J.O.), daughters Ann Marie (Peter) and Caroline, sons Sean (Chrissy) and Cyril (Martina), cherished grandchildren Amy, Laura, Cillian, Emma, Rachel, Alex, Jamie, Chloe and Johnny, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt, on Monday, 1st June, from 3pm until 7pm.
Funeral leaving her home on Tuesday morning to arrive at St. Patrick's and St. Brigid's Church, Meath Hill, for Requiem Mass at 11am, with burial afterwards in Drumconrath Cemetery.

Rose Murray (née Connolly)
Kilnavart, Ballyconnell, Cavan / Drumreilly, Leitrim
The death has occurred of Rose Murray (nee Connolly), Kilnavart, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan (formerly, Drumreilly, Co. Leitrim), peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, in her 94th year.
Predeceased by her husband Pat, infant son Michael, parents Patrick and Elizabeth, brother Sonny, and son-in-law Tony.
Dearly missed by her children; Brigid, Ellen, Pat, Mary and Catherine, her sons-in-law Martin and Colm, her beloved grand-children Roisin, Paul, Antoine, Lisamarie, Aidan and Oisín, and her wonderful neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at her residence on Monday, from 2pm onwards, and on Tuesday, from 12 midday until 4pm, with removal from her home to Kilnavart Chapel at 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday morning at 11am, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Mallon (nee Lennon) Lisnadill formerly Madden and Tonniscoffey Co Monaghan. May 30th peacefully in Evora Hospice Marie RIP. Beloved wife of Patrick and devoted mother to Phillip (Helena), Paula Donnelly (Charlie) and Patrick (Sinead). Cherished sister of the late Michael RIP.
Her remains will repose at her late residence 54 Newtownhamilton Rd Armagh BT60 2AR until removal on Tuesday to arrive at St Joseph's Church Madden for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Deeply regretted and sorely missed by her husband, sons, daughter, 7 grandchildren, brothers John, Tom, Gerry, Pat, sisters Ann and Collette, nieces,nephews and the entire family circle and many friends.On her gentle soul sweet Jesus have mercy.
