Cavan GAA announces rescheduled SFC fixtures
Following a “major” fire in the kitchen area at Kingspan Breffni overnight, this weekend's SFC fixtures have been rescheduled.
Each of the SFC games had been fixed for Breffni Park, but the ground will remain closed over the weekend following the fire.
As a result, the games will now be played venues around the county.
According to Cavan GAA, all purchased tickets remain valid, and CavStream will attempt to stream matches live where possible. However, they cannot guarantee this.
In a statement, CavStream TV said: "As you may be aware there has been an incident in Breffni, which has left the stadium closed for the weekend.
"All games are being moved to new venues. We are checking these to ensure coverage. In advance of this, all weekend passes will be refunded in full.
"Games from alternative venues will be streamed on the basis of 'best effort' which will mean a reduced stream price, but should it not work we will not be offering refunds.
"That being said, we anticipate that we will be able to offer a full stream."
