Kells, Meath / Ballyjamesduff, Cavan
The death has occured of Catherine Philomena Duffy (née Tobin). Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan and formerly of Kells, Co. Meath. Suddenly at home. Predeceased by her parents Betty and Patrick, her brother Patrick and her sister Bernadette.
She is survived by her loving sisters Marie and Josephine, her nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces.
She will be missed by all who loved her.

The death has occurred of Frankie Lynch, 5 Bramley Crescent, formerly The Whitehouse, Market Square Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan,. Peacefully, Monday 22nd September 2025, in the tender care of the staff at St. Mary’s Hospital, Castleblayney.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Berry.
Deeply regretted and lovingly missed by his daughters Aisling, Sharon, Gráinne, and Ann, sons in law Paul, Derek and Mark, grand-sons and grand-daughters, sister, Eva (Gorman), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Dympna Hoey
(née McCabe)
Castlebellingham, Louth / Clones, Monaghan
The death has occurred, in her 69th year, of Dympna Hoey (née McCabe), Williamstown, Castlebellingham, Co. Louth and late of Fermanagh Terrace, Clones, Co. Monaghan, after a short illness bravely borne. Dympna, beloved wife of the late Anthony and loving mother of Niamh, Róisín, Aisling and Tiernan. Predeceased by her mother Dympna and her father Bernard. Deeply regretted by her son, daughters, Tiernan’s partner Ciara, sister Mary, brothers Pat, Brian and Eugene, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Dympna will repose at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (A92 V38H) on Wednesday from 4pm until 8pm and on Thursday from 2pm until removal to Saint Mary’s Church, Kilsaran, arriving for Evening Prayers at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Evening Prayers and Dympna's Funeral Mass can be viewed live here.

Seamus Reynolds
Killyrane, Emyvale, Monaghan
The death has occurred of Seamus Reynolds, Killyrane, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at his home on Saturday 20th September.
Predeceased by his parents George and Kathleen and his brother Martin in infancy and brother in law Joseph Toner.
Seamus is survived by his brothers Sean (Deirdre), Brendan (Bernedette), Michael and Paul and his sisters Marie Smyth (Cyril), Teresa Breslin (Paul) and Ann Toner, nephews, Gary, Colin, David, Robert, Patrick and Conor, nieces Ruth, Donna, Brenda, Michelle, Cathy, Louise, Catherine and their spouses and grand nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Seamus’ remains will repose at McMahons Funeral Home, Mullan Rd, Emyvale, H18 FK80, on Tuesday 23rd September from 3pm to 8pm. Seamus’ remains will leave McMahons Funeral Home on Wednesday morning at 10.15 via Killyrane to arrive at St.Marys Church, Glennan for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Drumbanagher Cemetery.
