Transform your business with Indiserves
INDISERVES is inviting business owners who face daily operational challenges to explore how their services can make tasks more manageable.
Think about that one assignment within the office which takes up lots of time and resources - could it be automated?
For those who may not have the tech skills to take the next step, Indiserves’ team will come to your company, listen, and build an efficient system to manage tasks using artificial intelligence and custom-built software.
The latter solution includes their very own app which can be customised to your needs, where all aspects of your businesses can be found in one place.
The team can furthermore implement strategies to develop the businesses’ online and social media presence.
“Indiserves is all about helping businesses grow digitally,” Technical Manager Yash Rajput tells the Celt.
“We bring strategy, technology, software development, artificial intelligence, automation, everything under one roof so businesses don’t need to get into the complexity of the technical side. They can just focus on the business and we can handle everything else for them,” he explains.
“We can build custom software for you to manage your business operations,” says Yash.
The software is built in consultation with the client to create something bespoke to the business’s needs. As this field is constantly evolving and new demands can surface overnight, Indiserves considers themselves a “long term partner”.
Their services are beneficial for both the new business and those already established, but who want to become more efficient or reach a wider audience.
Using their app, Indiserves allows customers to manage their business from one place. From managing holiday requests to ensuring vehicles receive servicing on time, the app can be developed to cater for your business’s needs. Yash gives an example of how they customised their app to work for Kingscourt-based John Hurt Environmental.
“Jobs come through different channels via email, phone or word of mouth. All jobs are centrally logged into the app and then we can schedule the jobs to the ground engineers using our scheduler,” he explains.
Invoices, quotes and reports can be generated through the app, suppliers can be connected, and receipts can be uploaded to the expense management system. Meanwhile, it can also serve as a job and revenue tracker which can generate reports at the tap of a button. Another smart function allows the app to send reminders for annual tasks such as vehicle taxation or VRT. It also includes HR management facilities and can keep track of employee attendance and annual leave.
“All the systems that a company has is put into one place,” Linda Hurt, who works with John Hurt Environmental surmises. “It’s saving everybody time.
“The guys will come in and do a full assessment of your business. From that then they build,” Linda explains.
Launched this month, Indiserves was developed based on issues faced within John Hurt Environmental.
“Yash came on-board to assess the business and assess how our systems were running.”
“Yash’s team came and said ‘Tell us what you want and we can build it’. When you know what you want and are able to explain it, and somebody can build it for you, it can work flawlessly.”
Having realised the value in the technology within his own company, Indiserves CEO John Hurt saw the potential to help other businesses.
Teaming up with Yash they founded the new business.
Yash has a master’s degree in cyber security and has experience helping businesses with cyber security and IT support. It was through this work that he came in contact with John to enhance his businesses.
“They were using different software tools for everything,” Yash says, meaning data and operations were “scattered.”
“John gave me the idea of building an app because he wanted a one stop solution; one app for everything.”
The result was both “very useful” and “easy to use”.
“We thought, if it is helpful for us, it will be helpful for other businesses. Not every business knows about tech, that’s how we came up with this idea and started working together.”
They have also invested heavily in security, are ISO certified and GDPR compliant.
Using Indiserves’ facilities within her daily work life, Linda says the software can “reduce your running costs” however she assures: “This isn’t about replacing people. This is about supporting and growing businesses.
“If we have to do 50 invoices, that’s taking up three to four hours of the day. If you could have something that can do that for you, and all you have to do is check them, that means we can focus on other elements of the business.
“It’s a multifunctional tool that can actually increase the effectiveness and financial aspect of your business, and in turn reduce the workload of somebody who may have been overworked with administration.”
Yash agrees, describing how it can “create a better work life balance for employers as well”.
“AI can help to reduce the workload. We can help with the full spectrum of your business.”
Meanwhile, the team don’t just build, they also train and are available for support at any time.
“We give proper training and mentoring with the app, we customise our app according to their business because every business is different.”
Indiserves has six members of staff within Ireland, while they also have experts working in Canada and India in the fields of technology and support, software development, digital marketing, artificial intelligence and automation.
“That’s how we can provide everything under one roof, businesses don’t need to go anywhere else,” Yash says.
Since launching, the company is getting “a lot” of enquires and have meetings scheduled within the coming weeks to explore how they can help.
“Our vision is to become the biggest digital transformation agency in Europe,” Yash says.
