Community Barbecues in Rockcorry and Bailieborough

Two community barbecue events will take place this weekend, bringing people together for food, fun and fundraising.

A charity barbecue will be held at Rockcorry National School on Saturday evening, July 18, from 7.30pm, with proceeds going towards Cootehill Cancer Care and The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. Organisers are inviting the local community to attend and support these important causes.

Meanwhile, Bailieborough Parish Church Hall will host its annual church barbecue on the same day from 3pm. The event promises an afternoon of food, fun and fellowship for all ages, with admission priced at €15 for adults and €5 for children under 12.

Both events provide an opportunity for local communities to come together while supporting worthwhile organisations and enjoying a social afternoon or evening.
