Award-Winning piper to perform at Cahans

Music and local history will come together at Cahans Meeting House later this evening when award-winning Monaghan uilleann piper Tiarnán Ó Duinnchinn performs a special concert.

Beginning at 8pm, the evening will celebrate the music and story of legendary Ballybay clockmaker, jeweller and master piper William Clarke.

As well as performing, Ó Duinnchinn will share the history of Clarke, offering audiences an opportunity to discover more about one of the area's notable musical figures.

Admission is €15.
