The death has occurred of Bridie Clarke, Florida, USA and formerly of Leitrim, Bailieborough, Co Cavan, peacefully in Florida. Predeceased by her parents John and Helen Clarke, Leitrim, daughter Helen, sister Nora and brothers Sean, Brendan and Patrick (Pat).
Deeply regretted and fondly remembered by her sons Frankie and Sean, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers James and Austin, sisters Margaret Rose and Helen Jean, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Kitty Lynch

Crohan, Virginia, Cavan
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kitty (Catherine) Lynch, Crohan, Virginia, Co. Cavan who died peacefully at Connolly Hospital on Monday 31st August 2026 surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Bartle, parents Bridget and Matthew, her sisters Gretta and Tessie and niece Bridie.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken children, Kathleen, James & Pauline, her grandson Oisín, her son-in-law Shane, Sinéad, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, friends and carers.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home in Crohan (A82RX79) on Wednesday 2nd September from 4pm–8pm followed by prayers.
House private at all other times.
Funeral mass at St. Bartholomew’s Church in Munterconnaught (A82FK54) on Thursday 3rd September at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Rev. Fr. Jim (James Patrick) Moore

The death has occurred of Rev. Fr. Jim (James Patrick) Moore, 11 Killylacky Road, Magheraveely, Co. Fermanagh, BT92 6HW and formerly of Tirkeenan, Monaghan, on Tuesday, 1st September, peacefully in the City Hospital, Belfast, surrounded by his loving family.
Former Deacon of Ballybay, former Curate of Enniskillen and Irvinestown, former Parish Priest of Fintona and Parish Priest of Clones, Killeevan, Currin and Aghabog.
Predeceased by his father Bill, brother Liam (died in infancy) and his nephew Matthew Brennan.
Cherished son of Winnie and adored brother of Ethena, Marina, Niamh, Barry and Christopher.
Fr. Jim will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his mother, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law Pauline and Aoife, brother-in-law Jim Bugler, nieces Eleanor, Claudia, Ali, Esme, Amelia and Laoise, nephews Jamie, Aaron and Luka, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, Fr. Gabriel Dolan, the dedicated parish staff and volunteers, his many loyal friends and by all who knew and loved him.

The cortège will be travelling home to Killylackey this evening (Tuesday), leaving Newbliss at approximately 8.30pm and travelling via Fermanagh Street, for anyone who would like to pay their respects along the route.
Fr. Jim will repose at his home, 11 Killylacky Road, Magheraveely, BT92 6HW, on Wednesday, 2nd September, from 3pm until 8pm for family and close friends.
Removal from his home on Thursday, 3rd September, at 2.45pm to repose in Sacred Heart Church, Clones, until Vigil Prayers at 7.30pm.
Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Clones, on Friday, 4th September, at 12 noon, followed by burial in St. Macartan’s Cemetery, Aghadrumsee, BT92 7NQ.
