Cryan, Jennifer (Jennie) (née Smith). Bayside, Dublin 13 and formerly of Shercock, Co Cavan.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jennifer Cryan who peacefully departed this life on the 29th of September surrounded by her beloved family in the wonderful care of the staff in The Residence Carton, Nursing Home. Predeceased by her sisters Rosaleen and Anne.
Beloved wife of the late John and loving mother to Bernie and Jackie.
Jennie will be very sadly missed by her adoring daughters, Bernie’s partner Fran, cherished grandchildren Sean, Paul, Patrick, Ella, Aoibhinn and Rory, her siblings Teresa, Pat and Carmel, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, neighbours and all who have had the privilege of knowing her.
Jennie was a gentle soul, always bringing laughter, warmth and pure kindness to all who knew her.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of the staff in The Residence Carton Nursing Home for the care and compassion shown to Jennie over the last number of years.
Funeral Mass will be held at the Church of the Resurrection, Bayside on Saturday morning 3rd October at 10 a.m
followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Mary Denning (nee Donohoe), Drumhallagh, Tullyco, Cootehill and late of Glenside Road, Co. Cavan. Wednesday, September 30th 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her father Paddy.
Deeply regretted by her loving husband Peter and their children Claire, Emma, John and Meghan. Sadly missed by her mother Mary, brothers Paraic, Adrian and Ferghal, her adoring grandson Rían, sons-in-law Kevin and David, daughter-in-law Ruth, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at her home (H16 PV25), tomorrow Thursday from 2pm until 8pm. Removal on Friday to arrive at St. Brigid’s Church, Laragh for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Marron (née Clarke), Maureen, Loughanure, Clane, Co. Kildare and late of Knappagh, Shercock, Co. Cavan, September 30th 2026, peacefully in the tender care of the staff of St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh. Beloved wife of the late Frank. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving partner Pat, children Anthony, Mary, Francis and Magdalene, daughter-in-law Natasha, sons-in-law Richard and John, grandchildren Charlotte, Lucia, Frankie, Clare, Stephen and John, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Prosperous (W91T62P) on Friday from 4pm-8pm. Removal from her residence on Saturday at 1.30pm to arrive at St. Patrick & St. Brigid's Church, Clane for 2pm funeral mass, followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Shercock, Co. Cavan (A81 RF79) arriving at approx 5.30pm.

The death has occurred peacefully but unexpectedly of Peadar McMahon on 30th September 2026 in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Mayo University Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Rose Anne and his siblings Michael, Una, Rose, Clare and Margaret.
Beloved husband of Molly and dear father of Gerry McGuire (Olga), Jill McGuire, Brigid McGuire and Ann McNeice (Lawrence).
He will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughters, his adored grandchildren Tiegan, Jade, Sean, Charlie, Louis, Harry, Robyn, Lauryn and Jessica, his siblings Patsy (Mary, Dublin), Tomas (Kathy, San Fransisco), Eileen (Liam, Longford) and John (Helen, Cavan), sister-in-law Philomena McMahon (Ballinagh), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral will arrive at St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina, Co. Mayo on Saturday 3rd October 2026 at 11:30am for Requiem Mass.
Funeral will proceed to Killanley Cemetery for burial after.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Paul Loughran, Cavanaguilla, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, who passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, 30th September.
Predeceased by his beloved mother Mary and his baby daughter Charlotte.
Paul will be deeply and sadly missed by his broken-hearted wife Pamela, his cherished children James and Ava, his father Patsy, sisters Ann (Noel) and Sheila (Paddy), brothers Ciaran (Una) and Kevin (Diane), his parents-in-law Gerry and Barbara, his nephews, nieces, godchildren, extended family, neighbours, work colleagues and his many friends.
