Micheal Heery

Tullinaskea, Bailieborough, Cavan

Micheal Heery, Tullinaskea, Bailieborough, Co Cavan, died 13th July 2021, peacefully, at home, in the loving care of his family. Predeceased by his wife Carmel and his brother Liam. Sadly missed by his son Killian, daughters Nuala, Ashling and Sinead, brother Jimmy, sisters Carmel and Lil, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Removal from his residence Thursday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Tierworker, for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Anne’s Cemetery, Bailieborough. Due to current HSE & government guidelines, Micheal's funeral will be private to family.

Please adhere to social distancing guidelines for those who are standing along the funeral procession. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu, if desired to Cavan / Monaghan Palliative Care c/o any family member or funeral director.

Stephen Mac Donald

Dunari Gardens, Dublin Road, Kingscourt, Cavan / Nobber, Meath

The death has occurred of Stephen Mac Donald, Dunari Gardens, Dublin Road, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan and formerly of Rathgillen, Nobber, Co. Meath, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, 14th July 2021. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ann, daughters Sarah (Peadar), Amy (Seán), Julianne (Michael) his son Michael, brother P.J., sisters Marie Cassidy, Margaret O’Keeffe and Kate Calnan. Sadly missed by his beloved grandchildren Ben, Saidhbhe, Cathal, Lucy, Ellie, Evie and Jamie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral mass will take place in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt with burial afterwards in Nobber Cemetery.

Stephen's funeral cortège will begin from the Dunari Gardens, Dublin Road, Kingscourt on Friday morning, 16th July, travelling via Church Street, Main Street, Lower Main Street and Hall Street, Kingscourt to the Church of the Immaculate Conception from 9.30 am.

Neighbours and friends are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Paul McDermott

Enagh, Lisduff, Virginia, Cavan

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin. Son of the late Matthew and Margaret McDermott and predeceased by his brothers P.J. and Mattie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sister, Maureen Ewington (Dorset,U.K.) and brother, John (Enagh, Lisduff), sister in law, Breda, his beloved nieces and nephews, Robert, Paul, Patrick, Julie, Ruth and Emma, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May Paul Rest In Eternal Peace.

Reposing at The Village Chapel Of Rest, Mullagh, on Friday evening next from 5pm to 8pm (following strict social distancing guidelines). Requiem Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St. Matthew's Church, Maghera, (maximum of 50 persons may be present in the church) followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Paul's funeral cortege will travel via Fartagh, Carrigasimon and his home, en route to St. Matthew's Church. For those who wish to be present along the route, please be aware of social distancing and safety.
